Q. What is your primary IT focus or specialty?
A. My primary focus is Systems Engineering. Utilizing the latest technology from Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, HP and others, I strive to provide the best possible IT solutions to our clients.
Q. What year did you start working with SMS proTECH?
A. I started working for SMS proTECH in October of 1998.
Q. What certifications have you earned?
A. Over the years I have been certified in various products from Microsoft, Citrix, HP and others. My certifications range from operating systems, virtualization, and thin client computing.
Q. What is your favorite part of
your job?
A. My favorite part of my job is troubleshooting and repairing complex systems issues.
